We're hiring an IT Technician to support day-to-day technology operations at our Linden site, covering hardware, network, and user support for on-site staff. Responsibilities: - Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment. - Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve hardware/software issues for site staff. - Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs/replacements. - Support basic network and server maintenance under guidance from the Georgetown IT team. Requirements: - Associate degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1-3 years of hands-on technical support experience. - Familiarity with Windows environments, basic networking, and common office software. - Willingness to be on-site at our Linden facility; own transportation is an asset.
