Terms of Service

By accessing or using talent.gy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Guyana.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use talent.gy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Employer accounts must be operated by individuals who are legally authorized to hire on behalf of their organization.

talent.gy offers two account types: Candidate accounts (free) and Employer accounts (subscription-based). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Candidates may create a profile, upload a CV, and apply to job listings at no cost. Candidate profiles may be visible to verified employers on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information in your profile.

Employers may post job listings and access candidate profiles subject to their subscription plan. All job postings must be for genuine, lawful employment opportunities. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. New employer accounts are subject to admin review before full platform access is granted.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass the Platform’s access controls or paywall
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users

talent.gy uses artificial intelligence tools, including the Anthropic Claude API, to power features such as the Resume Builder and Job Description Generator. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your submitted content is processed by third-party AI systems (Anthropic)
• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
• talent.gy does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output

All Platform content, design, and code is the property of VR Staffing Solutions LLC. User-submitted content (CVs, job descriptions, profiles) remains the property of the submitting user. By submitting content, you grant talent.gy a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform for its intended purpose.

Employer subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. Pricing is as listed on the For Employers page. VR Staffing Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Guyanese law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, posts fraudulent content, or engages in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users. To request account deletion, contact us at admin@talent.gy. Account data is retained for 60 days following a deletion request before permanent removal.

talent.gy is provided “as is.” VR Staffing Solutions LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, hiring outcomes, or any loss arising from use of the Platform. We do not guarantee employment for candidates or successful hiring for employers.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
