Main Responsibilities
· Present lessons comprehensively and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
· Provide individualised instruction to each pupil by promoting interactive learning.
· Assess and record pupils’ progress and provide feedback.
· Maintain a mannerly and orderly working environment.
· Designing and following a complete teaching plan.
· Teaching the pupils to satisfy their individual needs.
· Organising learning materials and resources.
· Be courteous and on time for work.
· Ensure the classroom is neat and clean before and after each teaching period.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a teacher
·Teaching or any other certificates like Early Childhood Education.
Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays- 12:30 to 5:30 pm
The school runs an after-school programme. No classes are conducted in the mornings.
Saturdays – 00:00
Salary: $55,000 per month
Your starting salary will be reviewed periodically. Performance evaluations will play a key role in determining salary adjustments. Tenure with the school is also a contributing factor to potential increases. Relevant experience gained during employment will be considered. I encourage you to discuss your career progression with your director.
