Workshop Manager

The Workshop Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the branch, leading and coordinating operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer satisfaction and continuous staff development, thus contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1.     Implement processes that improve the operational efficiency of the branch, reducing work times and increasing productivity.

2.     Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring the quality of services and implementing measures to improve the customer experience.

3.     Encourage the development of the branch team through training and mentoring programs, ensuring competent and committed staff.

4.     Ensure compliance with established quality standards, ensuring that all services and operations comply with regulations and requirements.

5.     Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as the implementation of initiatives and guidelines from the general management.
