QA/QC Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our team in Georgetown. In this contract position, you will oversee quality standards, processes, and inspections across our operations to ensure that our products, projects, and services consistently meet strict internal, legal, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance and quality control standards and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with established standards
- Monitor and document quality metrics and performance data
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and client contractual specifications
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

- Proven experience in QA/QC management, preferably within the oil and gas sector
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to develop and implement quality control processes and inspections
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple quality assurance initiatives
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the industry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
